I love drawing gestures, I've been doing those since high school and they've made a massive difference in my anatomy + poses. I've done some IRL classes long ago but I've done most via online sites like line of action (back when it used to be called pixel lovely or a similar name) or Adorka's sites!

I also remember that tutorial from Nsio back from my dA days! Ever since then when I saw that post 8 or so years ago I've been doing my best to remember to draw with my whole arm. It makes such a difference.
